They’re designed to be a direct replacement for your worn out, cracked, and faded factory headlights and will have you seeing farther down the road in no time. The head lights are super se*y. In 2009 i bought the aftermarket headlights to replace my stock 2000 year model headlights and the original headlights were still brighter than the spyder ones!!
However, The Leds Are Quite Dim In The Day, Making It A Little Pointless To Even Turn On.
In the end i decided just to wait a while save up some more spending money and go for the recons. Hey guys, i found a set of spyder smoked chrome headlights with hid wiring kit for sale locally for $160. Talk about a waste of money.
The Same Headlights Work On The X Runner (Truck Sits Very Low From Factory), The 5 Lug Tacomas (Lower Than 6 Lugs Stock), And They Also Fit The 4Wd/Prerunner Which Sit Higher.
First of all, the drl function only works if you have parking lights set on manually. I installed these spyder headlights. Even with regular bulbs it seemed brighter but with 35w 8000k h.i.d.s it looked good and very bright.

Have one set of spyder headlights. I am quite happy with the looks. Definitely more pricey but to me why pay for a rip off when you can get.
