Your battery is too weak for the system to work properly (if it's under a certain percentage of max or not holding a charge it won't turn off the engine) or the system is malfunctioning and thinking the battery is too week. I only did the disable start/stop option alone and a small icon appears on startup on the lower left indicating it is not active and then disappears a short while later.
